Project Description

This new development is an 11-story residential building in Manhattan’s West Chelsea. Units were designed to include private pools with indoor/ outdoor exposures and double height spaces. The façade is glass with wood clad aluminum. The structure is concrete flat plate with a lateral system of shear walls and a pile foundation system.
